Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

• Orders of £30 or more: free tracked delivery.
• Orders under £30: £2.99.

Our Buy 2, Get 2 Free and 2-pair packs are over £30, so they ship free.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
• Delivery: once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 working days.

These are estimates, and times can be longer during busy periods.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also use the Track my order page.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, or your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email contact.canily@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
