We want you to be completely happy with your Canily Work Socks. Here's exactly how returns, refunds and replacements work.
30-day money-back guarantee
Wear them on the job. If they're not the best work socks you've owned, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid — worn or washed, it doesn't matter.
1-year replacement guarantee
If a pair wears through (for example a hole in the heel or toe) within 12 months of delivery, we'll send you a new pair free of charge. There's nothing to post back — just email us a photo of the worn pair and your order number.
This guarantee covers normal wear. It doesn't cover damage from cuts, burns, chemicals, or use other than as socks.
Size exchanges
Wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it for the right one.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return, refund or replacement
- Email contact.canily@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to do.
- We'll reply with the next steps (and a return address if an item needs to be sent back). Please don't post anything back before contacting us.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us approving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Your statutory rights
As a UK customer you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty. Our guarantees are in addition to, and do not affect, these legal rights.
