These terms apply to your use of mycanily.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Canily ("we", "us", "our"), 7 Rue du Marvoux, 17890 Chaillevette, France — contact.canily@gmail.com. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud); if we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery within the UK is free on orders of £30 or more; on orders under £30 it costs £2.99. Offers such as "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" are applied automatically in your basket and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders at any time. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates; if your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we'll help.

5. Returns, refunds and guarantees

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. On top of that, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (worn or washed) and a 1-year replacement guarantee. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Product information

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are given as a guide — see the size guide on the product page.

7. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site (text, images, logos) belongs to Canily or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
