We want you to love your Canily bracelet. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact.canily@gmail.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Postage

Return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll arrange this for you.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact.canily@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
